A Glance Into My Teenage Life...
I thought I would add a couple movies just to show you a little glipse of my crazy teenage social life. In this particular video we decided to go to a cementary! To take glamour shots. How anyone can be... well "Glamourous" in a cementary is beyond me. But it didn't stop us from trying! I was with my friends, Katelyn, Eileen, and Aurora. Trust me there's nothing like a Girls Night Out!
Changes!
Growing up. Wow what an adventure! It's absolutely crazy. I can't believe how many changes you go through when you hit high school. Some are good, some... aren't so great. I guess all you can really do though is keep going. No matter what. Like the saying, "You can be on the right track, but you will still get run over if you just sit there." I've made, and lost alot of friends this year. As we all go through changes, we discover who we are and the type of people we want to surround ourselves with. Sometimes we fall into things, but its not about falling. It's all about standing back up again. With a great strength and sense of yourself. Realizing that just because you made a mistake, doesn't mean you can't fix and change it. I love and appreciate every single friend that I have right now. We do some crazy stuff! Like visit the cementary late at night. Or ride to boondocks in a stretch limo! That was so fun! Either way, I know the friends I have love and support me in everything I do. I love them all, and I hope that I can give them the same strength they give me. I know that whatever happens, the only way to make it through is to keep the people in your life that care and want you in their lives. I am glad that through all the hard times this year I was able to learn and to grow. I am so thankful I was able to find the person that I am. I hope I can continue that way.

Starting!
Today is the first day of 2009. New year, new chances and I can't wait. Alot has happened this year. New friends, New school, New life. School has been working me hard. But it has also been so much fun! I experienced a whole new world. Dates and dances. Wow, how exciting and completely frustrating! The first dance I went to was homecoming. I went with a guy named Bret Guercio. It was fun, but really different. We ate dinner in the park in our jeans. Then the boys took us back home, we changed into dresses and got all pretty. They came back and we took off for the dances. While my mom clicked away on the camera. Ugh, how embarrassing. Plus I couldn't get his dang flower on the tux! My mom had to do it. I wanted to die. After the dance we went to the Spanish Fork Cemetary. Wow that was interesting, and scary! The next dance I went to was girls choice. I asked a boy named Keanon Thomas. It was alot of fun! But really stressful, and alot of money. I definantly learned the value of a dollar that day. We made the dinner at our house. Everyone loved the shrimp cocktail. Then we had salads, and chinese food. I know it was an interesting mix. But it wouldn't be any fun if we didn't do things our own way. Then we headed to the dance, and just back to my house for games. Funny thing, curfew is at midnight. I wasn't paying attention since we were at my house anyway. Around 11:58pm everyone stood up, and walked out the door. No I didn't get a kiss goodnight. But it was still a really fun date!
Soon the holidays rolled around. Our family had an amazing Christmas! It was so much fun. New years eve I spent with my friends. I got to meet up with Brian Miller. Which was really fun. We had the perfect cinderella dance! I loved it. This year has been amazing, and I can't wait to see what the new year holds for me. Hopefully lots more dances and less school work. Either way, I can't wait!
